We know privacy policies are usually walls of legal text nobody reads. This one is different. We explain exactly what happens to your data โ€” in plain language.

The three things you probably want to know

๐Ÿ‘คCan anyone on the Noor team read my conversations?

No. Your conversations go directly from your device to Anthropic's AI servers. Nobody on the Noor team sees them. We store them in our database so Noor remembers your history, but they are encrypted and we have no reason โ€” or workflow โ€” to read them.

๐Ÿ”€Where does my data actually go?

Your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API (the AI brain behind Noor). They are stored encrypted in Firebase (Google's database service). If you connect Gmail or Calendar, those tokens sit in the same encrypted store and are only used when you explicitly ask Noor to do something.

๐Ÿ”‘Who has access to my data?

Anthropic processes your messages to generate Noor's replies. Firebase stores your account data and conversation history. Nobody else. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to train our own models.

1. What we collect

  • Your name and email address โ€” provided when you sign in with Google.
  • Your conversation messages โ€” the text (and any images) you send to Noor, and Noor's replies.
  • Google OAuth tokens โ€” only if you choose to connect Gmail, Calendar, or Contacts. This is optional and reversible at any time.
  • Voice input โ€” when you send a voice note, the audio is sent once to Google Gemini for transcription and then discarded. We do not keep audio files.
  • Usage data โ€” your message count and subscription status, used purely to enforce plan limits.

2. How we use your data

  • AI responses: your messages are sent to the Anthropic API to generate Noor's replies.
  • Google actions: your Gmail, Calendar, or Contacts are only accessed when you explicitly ask Noor to do something and confirm the action.
  • Voice output: Noor's spoken replies are generated by ElevenLabs โ€” only the text of Noor's reply is sent, never your personal data.
  • Service operations: authentication, session management, usage tracking, and billing.

3. How long we keep it

  • Conversation history: kept for 90 days from each message, then permanently deleted.
  • Account data (name, email, preferences): kept while your account is active.
  • On account deletion: all data โ€” conversations, preferences, tokens โ€” is permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Google OAuth tokens: revoked and deleted from our database the moment you disconnect in Settings.

4. Third-party services

  • Anthropic โ€” generates Noor's conversational responses.
  • Google APIs (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts) โ€” used only when you connect your Google account.
  • Google Gemini โ€” optional speech-to-text when you send voice notes.
  • ElevenLabs โ€” voice synthesis for Noor's spoken responses.
  • Firebase (Google) โ€” authentication and encrypted database storage.
  • Vercel โ€” hosting and serverless infrastructure.
  • PayTabs โ€” payment processing. We never see or store your card details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

  • Delete your account and all data โ€” email support@sawt.tech. Processed within 30 days.
  • Revoke Google access โ€” disconnect at any time in Settings. Immediate effect.
  • Request a data export โ€” email support@sawt.tech. We'll send your data within 14 days.

6. Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
  • All data is encrypted at rest in Firebase.
  • Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and never sent to the browser.
  • Every API request requires a verified Firebase ID token โ€” unauthenticated requests are rejected.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (noor-uid) to keep you signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising. No third-party cookies are placed by Noor.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect.
