Noor by Sawt Tech

We want you to feel confident trying Noor. This policy explains how billing and cancellations work — plainly.

1. Free trial

Every new user receives 10 free messages before any payment is required. No credit card is needed to start. This trial lets you experience Noor's full capabilities before you decide to subscribe. Because a meaningful free trial is provided, we do not offer refunds on subscription payments once a billing period has started.

2. Subscriptions

Noor is offered on a monthly subscription basis (Light at $49/month or Premium at $69/month). Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing period via our payment processor. Your subscription gives you access to Noor for the full month you have paid for.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page inside the Noor app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial-period refunds are issued upon cancellation.

4. No-refund policy

Because Noor provides a free trial before any charge is made, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly charges for both the Light and Premium plans, as well as any overage charges for additional messages.

5. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit in cases of demonstrable technical failure on our part that resulted in complete inability to use the service during a paid period. To request an exception, contact us at support@sawt.tech within 7 days of the charge.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, your Noor account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to support@sawt.tech first — we are happy to help resolve any billing issues directly.
