By using Noor, you agree to the following terms. We have written them in plain language so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Who we are
Noor is a personal AI assistant operated by Sawt Technology and Marketing LLC, based in Muscat, Oman. By accessing or using Noor at noor.sawt.tech, you agree to these terms.
2. What Noor does
Noor is an AI-powered assistant that helps you manage emails, calendars, documents, and everyday tasks through natural conversation. Noor uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses. Noor is a productivity tool — it does not provide legal, medical, financial, or investment advice.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Noor. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use Noor for any unlawful purpose.
4. Free trial
New users receive 10 free messages to try Noor before subscribing. No credit card is required for the trial. Trial messages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Noor is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment covering 12 months (equivalent to 10 monthly payments — 2 months free). Prices are listed in USD. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Settings page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months on annual plans.
6. Founders rate
The Founders rate ($22/month for Personal, $37/month for Pro) is offered to the first 1,000 subscribers only. Once you subscribe at a Founders rate, that rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel your subscription for any reason and later resubscribe, you will be charged at the standard rate in effect at the time of resubscription — the Founders rate is not reinstated under any circumstances. Founders slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all 1,000 slots are claimed, the Founders rate will no longer be available to new subscribers.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Noor to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content; to attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass any security measures; to use automated scripts or bots to access the service; or to infringe on the rights of any third party.
7. Google integrations
If you connect your Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts), you grant Noor permission to access and act on your behalf within those services, strictly as directed by you. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings → Connected Accounts.
8. Data and privacy
Your use of Noor is subject to our Privacy Policy (noor.sawt.tech/privacy). We take the protection of your data seriously. We do not sell your data or use your conversations to train AI models.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Noor may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of liability
Noor is provided "as is". Sawt Technology and Marketing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding any claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Noor after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.
